Education
- Qualifications:
- Minimum Post Graduate in Marketing/ CSE.
- Excellent writing, proofreading skills, and fluency in English both oral and written.
Experience
- 10 to 12 years

Job Deception:
Strategic Operations Leadership:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to set and refine strategic goals for operations.
- Oversee the development and execution of IT infrastructure and product delivery plans.
Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and recommend improvements to ensure business goals are met.
- Automate and streamline processes where possible, particularly in development, deployment, and service delivery.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, ensuring professional growth and productivity.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the operations teams.
- Ensure that each department operates in alignment with company goals, providing support and resources as needed.
Resource Management:
- Oversee resource allocation, including budgeting, staffing, and technological investments, ensuring operational excellence.
- Optimize the use of resources, including financial, technical, and human resources.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for technology and service solutions.
Technology & IT Infrastructure:
- Work closely with the CTO to ensure the technology infrastructure supports business operations and growth.
- Oversee IT operations, data security, network infrastructure, and systems performance.
- Ensure systems and technology investments align with business goals and deliver on scalability and security.
Project and Product Delivery:
- Oversee project management for the successful delivery of IT products and services.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that new products are successfully launched and supported.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures that ensure company compliance with industry regulations.
- Mitigate operational risks and ensure business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership on necessary adjustments.
Customer and Stakeholder Management:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient operational support and services.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their operational needs are met.
- Drive client retention through operational excellence and responsive service.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to drive operational improvements and inform strategic decisions.
- Implement systems for tracking KPIs and regularly report on operational performance to the executive team.
